Eligible refunds
If you leave the role within the first 30 days due to circumstances clearly attributable to material misrepresentation by the employer, you may request a full refund of the success fee.
Non-refundable scenarios
Voluntary resignation after 30 days, termination for cause, or failure to disclose required information during application.
